My Story

A few years ago, I was lost, miserable, depressed.

I hated my life, I was surrounded by toxic and abusive people, my health took a bad turn and I had no idea what to do and how to fix it.

I tried everything.

I prayed for solutions to fix everything in my life that was making me feel this way. And honestly it didn't work.

I had ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE.

I wish I had somewhere to go or someone to tell me what I needed to do.

It took me YEARS of research, study, seeking mentors and experts and of course about 10 years of my life’s trial and error at a time when 'self-care' wasn't really a thing.

But I discovered the best ways to get my life together, feel better and start living the life I only ever dreamed about.

So I changed my whole framework. And then with Allah's help, it worked!

I changed my mindset, I worked on my emotional healing, I looked after myself in so many ways that my life actually changed.

Now by His grace, I work how I want, I live in a city I love, I travel when I want (and solo when I feel like it!) and I live my life on my terms.

It cured my depression. I regained my self-worth. I started achieving things I never thought were possible because I was finally able to reach further.

It took a whole lot of sweat, blood and tears, years of work, study and experience and Allah's help but it worked.

And because I know how much it changed my life, I'm just happy to be able share my real self-care method with you so you don't have to waste any more time and you can just start now.

To really make time for yourself.
